Cancellation Policy

In order to best serve my clients, I ask that you give ample notice, at least 7 days in advance, if you need to cancel a service that you have booked. The sooner I know, the sooner I am able to open up my schedule for others that may need the same service. There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking for services to avoid last minute cancellations. 

Payment

All services must be paid 7 days before the start date of the service you have booked. Services will have a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the start date of the service. Invoices and a contract will be sent out after the meet and greet. 

Boarding and Daycare

I only take a limited number of dogs into my home, therefore there are no multiple dog discounts. Rates are based off a per dog/per day basis. My daytime hours are between 8am-8pm, if your dog is picked up after 8pm, you will be charged for an extra day. The requirements for boarding or daycare MUST be met in order for me to be able to have your dog in my home. If your dog has not been around other dogs or cats, please don't assume that he/she is friendly. Friendly is determined as being able to co-exist WITHOUT chasing, harassing or being aggressive towards the other animal. I am more than happy to test them if you aren't sure! I will not accept dogs that do not meet ALL of the requirements. A trial night will also be available upon request for an additional cost.

On/Off Leash Pack Hikes

The requirements MUST be met for your dog to be able to participate in the pack hikes. These will also be weather dependent. If it is too hot, too smokey, or too icy, the hike will not continue. I will not risk your dogs safety or mine if these conditions are present.

Meet and Greets

Meet and greets are free consultations for all services that will allow me to get to know my clients and to ensure I can meet your pet's needs to make sure I am a good fit. Whether you are wanting walks from home or boarding, I will come meet the clients and their pets prior to booking to figure out what will best suit the situation. Once it's determined it's a good fit, the invoice and contract will be sent out and your booking will be confirmed once I receive the signed contract and deposit!
